The location near the river and just a 10-minute walk from the cathedral impressed me. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given its location on a busy road. The ability to check in early and the upgrade to a larger room made the stay even more pleasant. Enjoyed the quality of the buffet breakfast—freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness well throughout my stay. On the downside, the air conditioning could not be adjusted, which made for some uncomfortable nights when it was warm outside. Also, the shower had slow drainage, causing minor inconveniences. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive, and I would return.

The Twin Room was quite spacious, with comfortable beds that had lots of excellent pillows. The air conditioning worked great, and the bathroom was really nice and clean. Having a kettle in the room was a cool touch for making a hot drink. The overall cleanliness made for a pleasant experience. It was in a fantastic location to explore Reims by foot.
